Location
On the medial aspect of the upper arm, 3 cun proximal to the cubital crease (HT-3), in the groove medial to the biceps brachii muscle.
Anatomy
Medial to biceps brachii, on brachialis; the basilic vein and the brachial artery and vein; the ulnar nerve and the medial brachial cutaneous nerve.

Indications
Cardiac pain, pain of the costal region, headache, and cold and pain of the shoulder and arm.
Needling
0.5-1.0 cun, perpendicular insertion.
Moxibustion Suitability
Suitable for moxibustion.
